**The position is temporary for 6 months**

In this position you will:
Manage the daily repair operations for the ASUS repair line, including overseeing spare parts usage and inventory reporting, performing troubleshooting, system installations, updates, and software configurations, and maintaining accurate repair records and job cards in CRM systems.
You will be responsible for:
- Ensuring turnaround times meet customer expectations
- Managing repair return rates and quality outcomes
- Overseeing daily productivity and output volume
- Ensuring compliance with OEM standards
- Maintaining accuracy in parts usage and reporting

- Maintain attention to detail to reduce return rates and improve overall customer satisfaction
Literacy – Digital, Tech & Data
- Demonstrate strong hardware and software troubleshooting capabilities
- Work confidently with OEM repair systems, diagnostic tools, and CRM platforms
- Accurately document repairs, parts usage, and service records in digital systems
You will require the following qualifications and skills
- Technical certification in IT/Electronics/Computer Repair
- Previous laptop repair experience
- OEM accreditation preferred
