Salary: R7,845.00 Gross PM Status: Permanent following a successful 3-month probation period Benefits (Post-Probation): MICFA Provident Fund (7.5% employee \/ 8% employer contribution) + Prorated December Annual Bonus Leave: 18 days paid annual leave per annum Hours: Mon–Fri 08:00–17:00 | Sat 08:00–13:00 (Overtime paid per MIBCO regulations) Key Responsibilities Stock Picking & Packing: Accurately locate items from bin locations using picking slips, and securely pack\/label them to prevent transit damage. Quality & Verification: Double-check and verify picked items against invoices and order documentation to maintain inventory accuracy. Inbound Logistics: Assist with unpacking, receiving, and shelving incoming stock shipments. Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, safe, and highly organized warehouse environment. Are You the Perfect Fit? Minimum Requirements: Essential Experience: Previous warehouse picker packer experience in any industry is strictly required (automotive or hardware sector experience is a distinct advantage). Skills & Education: Matric certificate (highly advantageous), basic computer literacy, and excellent numerical accuracy to read small part numbers quickly. Logistics Familiarity: Familiarity with deliveries, logistics processes, warehousing, and stock management systems. Track Record: High reliability, punctuality, and stable history with contactable references. Strict Legal Requirements & Assessments (Non-Negotiable): Background screening will be conducted. Candidates must have: South African-born Citizenship (with valid SA ID). Clear criminal record (under no circumstances will candidates with a record be considered).
