Job description
Federal Group is seeking a reliable, disciplined and alert Monitoring Centre Agent to oversee and respond to security alerts, incidents and client communication from our control room.
LOCATION
Centurion, Gauteng
STARTING DATE
As soon as possible

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Previous monitoring centre or control room experience will be advantageous
- Strong communication and telephone etiquette
- Computer literacy
- Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Good observation and incident reporting skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Grade 12 qualification
- South African ID
- No criminal record
- Reliable transport will be advantageous
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor CCTV systems and alarm signals
- Receive and process incidents and emergency calls
- Dispatch security response or relevant personnel when required
- Keep accurate occurrence books and incident reports
- Escalate incidents to management and clients promptly
- Maintain professional communication with clients and security staff
- Record all events accurately and timeously
- Ensure all monitoring procedures are followed at all times
