Job Summary
2-5 years' experience in short-term insurance motor claims. Experience handling both drivable and non-drivable motor claims. Knowledge of claim registration, assessment, repair processes, and settlement procedures. Experience working with brokers, assessors, panel beaters, and customersManage and process drivable and non-drivable motor vehicle claims within agreed service levels, ensuring accurate assessment, customer satisfaction, and compliance with company policies.Job Description
- Register and manage motor claims from notification to settlement
- Assess drivable and non-drivable claims
- Liaise with clients, service providers, assessors, and repairers
- Authorise repairs in line with company guidelines
- Ensure compliance with policy terms and conditions
- Resolve customer queries and complaints
- Maintain accurate claim records and documentation
Minimum Qualifications
- Matric / Grade 12
- Relevant Short-Term Insurance qualification (advantageous)
- FAIS-compliant qualifications (preferred)
- RE5 (advantageous)
Experience Required
- 2-5 years' experience in short-term insurance motor claims
