Job Summary

2-5 years' experience in short-term insurance motor claims. Experience handling both drivable and non-drivable motor claims. Knowledge of claim registration, assessment, repair processes, and settlement procedures. Experience working with brokers, assessors, panel beaters, and customersManage and process drivable and non-drivable motor vehicle claims within agreed service levels, ensuring accurate assessment, customer satisfaction, and compliance with company policies.Job Description

• Register and manage motor claims from notification to settlement
• Assess drivable and non-drivable claims
• Liaise with clients, service providers, assessors, and repairers
• Authorise repairs in line with company guidelines
• Ensure compliance with policy terms and conditions
• Resolve customer queries and complaints
• Maintain accurate claim records and documentation

Minimum Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12
• Relevant Short-Term Insurance qualification (advantageous)
• FAIS-compliant qualifications (preferred)
• RE5 (advantageous)

Experience Required
