WE’RE HIRING! MOTORBIKE DRIVER & SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Nancefield Paints Group
We are looking for an energetic, reliable and street-smart Motorbike Driver who understands that this position is about more than simply getting from Point A to Point B.
We want someone who can deliver efficiently, think analytically, learn our products and identify new sales opportunities while on the road.
REMUNERATION
- Entry salary: R3500 basic per month
- Commission/incentive for deliveries completed
- Additional commission opportunity for new sales generated

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Complete customer deliveries safely, accurately and on time.
- Plan and optimise daily routes to reduce unnecessary travelling, fuel usage and delivery time.
- Think ahead and find ways to make deliveries faster and more cost-effective.
- Learn the Nancefield Paints product range and continuously improve your product knowledge.
- Provide professional and friendly service to customers.
- Identify potential customers and new sales opportunities while travelling.
- Assist in bringing new customers and business to the company.
- Communicate delivery delays, customer queries and problems promptly.
- Take responsibility for company stock, documentation, equipment and the motorbike while in your care.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
The successful candidate must:
- Have a valid motorbike licence.
- Have previous motorbike delivery/driving experience.
- Have sales experience or demonstrate strong sales ability.
- Have good knowledge of routes and be confident using GPS/navigation.
- Be comfortable speaking to and building relationships with customers.
- Have good numerical and analytical thinking skills.
- Be able to plan and prioritise independently.
- Be reliable, punctual and responsible.
- Be willing and able to learn our products.
- Look for solutions, savings and smarter ways of working.
- Be comfortable working towards delivery and sales targets.
