I'm looking for a full-time Moving Company Phone Quote Specialist with direct experience providing moving estimates over the phone. This role pays $3-$8/hour.

About the Role:

This company is a moving company that provides relocation services, and they are looking to bring on a Phone Quote Specialist to help with customer estimates and booking support.

You will speak with prospective customers, gather accurate move details, prepare quotes, and maintain records inside Octopus software.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls from prospective moving customers.
• Gather move details needed to prepare accurate quotes.
• Provide moving estimates clearly over the phone.
• Record customer information accurately in Octopus software.
• Follow up with leads to secure bookings.

Tools You Will Be Using:

• Octopus software for quotes and customer records
• Phone systems for inbound and outbound calls
• Email for customer follow-up
• Google Workspace for daily documentation
