Mugg & Bean Manager

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Restaurant Manager to join our Mugg & Bean team in Alberton.

The ideal candidate must be confident in managing daily restaurant operations, staff, customer service and overall store performance.

Key Requirements:

• Previous restaurant management experience
• Strong leadership and staff management skills
• Excellent customer service
• Experience with stock control, ordering and cost management
• Ability to manage shifts, rosters and staff performance
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to work under pressure in a busy restaurant environment
• Willing to work weekends, public holidays and shifts
• Reliable transport

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations
• Lead and supervise the team
• Maintain excellent customer service standards
• Control stock, wastage and operational costs
• Ensure cleanliness, food safety and brand standards are maintained
• Handle customer complaints and operational challenges
• Ensure staff attendance, discipline and productivity are managed effectively
