Multilingual Customer Retention Representative

Job Overview:

Join a dynamic dance program as a Multilingual Customer Retention Representative , utilizing your fluent German and English skills to connect with people and turn challenging situations into positive experiences. Our client is looking for an adaptable, upbeat communicator to deliver exceptional support, manage memberships, and retain valued customers in a fast-paced, team-oriented role within a vibrant community.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM Mountain Time, with two paid 15‑minute breaks and one unpaid 1‑hour lunch (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities:

• Speak to customers on inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats.
• Handle customer inquiries usually regarding accounts and membership needs.
• Focus on retaining customers who wish to cancel their membership.
• Answer order inquiries in a timely manner.
• Document all interactions accurately within the project’s systems.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English and in any of these other languages: Italian, German, Korean, or Spanish
• Strong soft skills and a positive, upbeat attitude.
• Video recording introducing yourself (saved in Google Drive).
• Ability to handle back-to-back contacts in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented mindset and adaptability.
• Windows-based PC compatible with Five9, OS: Windows 10/11 (Strictly no MacBooks).
• Connectivity: Verified Static IP, or a confirmed path to obtaining one.
• Peripherals: USB-connected headset (No Bluetooth/3.5mm).
• Display: Dual monitors (confirmed on-hand or immediate purchase).
• Reliable computer hardware capable of running a virtual desktop.
• Previous sales or retention experience is considered a plus.
