NAIL TECHNICIAN – FIDUCIA BEAUTY LOUNGE

Location: Boksburg, Gauteng

Position: Full-Time | 5 Days Per Week

Fiducia Beauty Lounge is looking for a highly skilled, experienced and professional Nail Technician to join our growing team.

We are looking for someone who brings the complete package – exceptional technical ability, excellent hygiene standards, professionalism, reliability, great client service and the ability to work well within a team.

WHAT WILL BE REQUIRED FROM YOU

• Acrylic overlays, tips and acrylic sculpture/extensions
• Gel overlays and Gel Build / BIAB / Rubber Base
• Professional nail preparation and confident E-file techniques
• French finishes and various nail shapes
• Hand-drawn nail art, including detailed designs
• Gel toes and professional pedicure services
• Safe removals, soak-offs and maintenance of nail enhancements
• Maintain exceptional hygiene and sanitation before, during and after every client
• Keep your workstation, tools and surrounding areas clean and organised at all times
• Provide every client with a warm, professional and attentive experience
• Consult with clients and understand their desired results
• Manage appointment times efficiently without compromising the quality of your work
• Work professionally and respectfully with fellow technicians, reception and management
• Follow Fiducia Beauty Lounge procedures, salon policies and service standards
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct yourself appropriately around clients at all times
• Contribute positively to the salon environment and work well as part of a team

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Recognised professional nail qualification/certification
• Minimum 2 years’ professional salon experience
• Excellent Acrylic Sculpture skills
• Strong Gel Build / BIAB / Rubber Base application
• Confident and safe use of an E-file
• Excellent nail preparation, shaping and finishing
• Strong hand-drawn nail art ability
• Confident in pedicures and gel toes
• Excellent hygiene and sanitation practices
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Neat, professional and well-presented
• Friendly, respectful and mature in the workplace
• Strong team player with a positive attitude
• Reliable and punctual with excellent time management
• Able to work efficiently in a busy salon environment
• Willing to learn and consistently follow the Fiducia standard
• Available to work 5 days per week, including Saturdays
• Reliable transport/ability to commute to Boksburg

• Current or most recent employment details
• Availability and earliest possible start date

Applications without a recent portfolio will not be considered.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an in-person interview and practical assessment. The practical assessment will include technical ability, hygiene and sanitation, speed, attention to detail, client interaction and overall professionalism.

REMUNERATION

Basic salary + commission.

Final package will be discussed with shortlisted candidates and will depend on experience and skill level.
