Nail Technician

We are seeking a skilled and professional Nail Technician to join our salon team. The ideal candidate must be passionate about the beauty industry, client-focused, well-groomed, and experienced in delivering high-quality nail services in a fast-paced salon environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional nail services including:
• Soft gel tips/extensions
• Acrylic tips/extensions
• Rubber base overlays
• Gel overlays
• Manicures and pedicures
• Nail art
• Ensure excellent application, shaping, finishing, and nail art techniques where required.
• Conduct thorough client consultations to determine suitable treatments and recommend aftercare.
• Maintain high hygiene and sanitation standards in accordance with salon policies.
• Prepare and clean workstations before and after each client.
• Ensure tools and equipment are properly sterilised and maintained.
• Assist clients with product recommendations and retail sales.
• Manage bookings efficiently and maintain punctuality.
• Stay updated with current nail trends, techniques, and products.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

• Reliable, motivated, and target-driven.
• Proven experience as a Nail Technician in a professional salon environment.
• Ability to perform neat cuticle work, shaping, and long-lasting applications.
• Knowledge of nail health, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
• Friendly, professional, and well-presented.
• Ability to work well within a team and under pressure.
• Good communication and client service skills.

• Nail art experience.

Working Hours

• Must be willing to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible salon hours when required.

Salary

• Basic salary and/or commission structure to be discussed based on experience and skill level.

Pay: R5 500,00 per month
