NAIL TECHNICIAN POSITION – NKW BEAUTY STUDIO
NKW Beauty Studio is looking for a passionate, skilled, and professional Nail Technician to join our growing luxury beauty team in Hilton.
Requirements:
- Recognised Nail Technology Qualification (or Beauty Therapy qualification with nail specialisation)
- Minimum 2–3 years salon experience
- Confident in manicures and pedicures
- Skilled in Gel, Acrylic, Overlays, Tips, Sculpture, and Soak-offs
- Strong cuticle work and nail preparation knowledge
- Knowledge of foot care and luxury pedicure treatments
- Excellent hygiene and sanitation practices
- Professional appearance and strong customer service
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Retail sales ability will be advantageous
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform manicures and pedicures to a high professional standard
- Perform nail enhancements and maintenance services
- Conduct client consultations and recommend suitable treatments
- Educate clients on aftercare and homecare
- Recommend retail products suited to client needs
- Maintain workstation hygiene and tool sterilisation
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Assist in achieving salon treatment and retail targets
Preferred Skills:
- Gel, Acrylic, Overlays, Tips, and basic nail art
- Advanced nail art
- Luxury pedicure treatments
- Structured gel manicures
- Nail repair and strengthening systems
