Job description
The National Events Administrator / Magento Back- End is responsible for producing accurate, high level operational reports, coordinating the movement and balancing of stock across sites, and supporting effective communication between the National team, agencies, venues and clients. The role will provide detailed visibility of stock availability, storage locations, product-to-frame matching, damaged stock, and upcoming event requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting and Information Management
* Extract, compile, and present high-level reports for the National team as required.
*Produce forward-looking reports on upcoming event orders by venue.
*Compile accurate information on outstanding stock, including it's current storage location and the agency responsible for holding it.
*Provide details client-ready information comparing the number of products available with the number of corresponding or matching frames.
*Ensure reports are accurate, timely, clearly presented, and suitable for operational and client decision-making.
National Stock Movement
*Coordinate the national stock movement process from obtaining supplier or agency quotations through to securing client approval and arranging the movement of stock-related items.
*Support the redistribution of stock between sites to maintain appropriate stock levels and balance operational requirements nationally.
*Coordinate the movement of items such as parasol bases, telescopic banner equipment, and other event-related stock.
*Track approvals, quotations, movement schedules, delivery status, and completion of stock related transfers.
*Liaise with relevant agencies, venues, logistics providers, National teams, and clients to ensure movements are completed efficiently and within agreed timescales.
Damaged Stock Assessment
*Coordinate the weekly assessment of damaged stock at relevant sites.
*Arrange assessment schedules, communicate requirements, and ensure the correct stakeholders are present.
*Collate detailed information following each assessment.
Pay: R11 500,00 per month
