Job description

Our client in the Financial Services Sector is seeking a National Sales Manager who will take responsibility for Revenue Growth, Branch Operations, Distribution Management and Business Development across the organisation. Reporting into executive leadership, this role requires a commercially driven leader who can build and lead a sales-focused culture while driving sustainable revenue growth across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and integrate all sales channels to drive revenue growth and achieve commercial targets.
Manage branch performance, call centre sales operations, distributor and reseller networks to improve productivity, conversion and market penetration.
Drive business development initiatives, strategic partnerships and B2B growth opportunities.
Oversee forecasting, pipeline management, campaign performance and revenue reporting.
Ensure sales quality, collection readiness and revenue-to-cash conversion through effective performance monitoring.
Recruit, coach and develop managers and geographically dispersed sales teams to achieve sustainable performance.

Requirements

Relevant Degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, Commerce, Finance or a related field.
Minimum 8-10 years' senior sales leadership experience with accountability for revenue growth and performance across multiple branches, regions, channels, call centres and field sales operations.
SA Citizen with a valid driver's licence with the ability and willingness to travel extensively.

Advantageous

Strong knowledge of the KwaZulu-Natal market.
Experience in regulated financial services, business development, channel management, compliance and revenue-to-cash conversion.
