National /provincial sales manager
Highly experienced successful sales manager fully conversant in recruiting,training and managing a team of regional Resellers in the Gauteng areas.
The task is to employ and successfully manage 10 x TOP CLASS resellers who will be tasked with effectively implementing a similar task but on a regional level employing 10 x teams of a minimum of 10 per team= 10
TOTAL RESELLERS = 10
TOTAL = 100 AGENTS REQUIRED
SALES TARGETS = 3 X SALES PER DAY PER AGENT
EACH TEAM TARGET = 900 X SALES PER MONTH
TOTAL TARGET FOR 5 RESELLERS = 4500 SALES = 1% OF AVAILABLE LIVE HOMES
TOTAL AMOUNT OF LIVE HOMES WITH INTERNET FIBRE = 450,000
THAT INCLUDES A FREE ROUTER +FREE INSTALLATION NO CREDIT VETTING AND PRE PAID STARTING AT A PRICE OF R249 FOR 20MBPS TO 50 MBPS @ R749
ALREADY INSTALLED OUTSIDE HOMES IN THE BELOW AREAS IS 450,000

*Thswane
*jhb south /Soweto
*Midvaal
*Jhb north and Midrand
The target is 10 regionals with Teams for each area above Total =50 x Teams = 500 TOTAL agents.
THE RESELLERS EARN AVERAGE R250 PER SALE….SHARED WITH AGENTS .
THE NATIONAL SALES MANAGER EARNS R25 PER SALE
BONUS INCENTIVE COMMISSION IS AVAILABLE
