- Minimum 6 months–1 year experience working with Neapolitan-style pizza
- Solid understanding of dough handling, fermentation, and wood-fired/high-heat oven cooking
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak service
- Strong hygiene and food safety practices
- Team player with good communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends/evenings
