The Role
Are you a hands-on Network & Infrastructure Engineer with experience supporting operational technology (OT) environments?
We are seeking a technically strong professional to join a global operations team responsible for maintaining critical communications infrastructure across multiple sites and industries.
Skills and Experience
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure reliable OT communications across IP, fibre, Wi-Fi, LTE/5G and mesh networks.
- Troubleshoot end-to-end connectivity issues and coordinate vendor escalations.
- Build and maintain monitoring dashboards, alerts and telemetry systems.
- Support enterprise LAN/WAN environments, firewalls, VPNs and secure remote access solutions.
- Provide 3rd-line support in a 24/7 operational environment.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and operational procedures.

Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years' experience in Network Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering or advanced technical support.
- Strong networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, VLANs, Routing, VPNs, DHCP and DNS.
- Experience troubleshooting enterprise and field connectivity issues.
- Exposure to industrial, OT, mining, manufacturing or similar operational environments.
- Strong incident management, problem-solving and documentation skills.
Advantageous Skills
- SD-WAN and multi-site WAN environments.
- Monitoring tools such as PRTG, Zabbix or Grafana.
- Windows Server and Active Directory fundamentals.
- OT segmentation and cybersecurity concepts.
- PowerShell, Python or SQL exposure.
- Certifications such as CCNA, Fortinet, Palo Alto, ITIL or ISO 27001 awareness
