Our client is looking for a hands-on Intermediate Network, Infrastructure & Hybrid Cloud Engineer to join their technical team.
This is a technically diverse role suited to someone who enjoys solving complex problems, taking ownership and working in an environment where network reliability and uptime are critical.

Skills and Experience
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years' experience in Network / Infrastructure Engineering or escalation support.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, VPN, DHCP and DNS.
- Hands-on enterprise network troubleshooting experience.
- Experience with Windows Server / Active Directory.
- Experience with VMware, Hyper-V or similar virtualisation platforms.
- Practical experience with Microsoft Azure and Entra ID.
- Exposure to OT or industrial environments will be advantageous.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation and incident-management skills.
- Comfortable working in a high-availability environment with standby/on-call requirements.
Advantageous: CCNA, Azure certifications, Fortinet/Palo Alto, ITIL, PowerShell/Python, SD-WAN or experience with monitoring platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and troubleshoot network, infrastructure and connectivity across IT/OT environments.
- Support servers, virtualisation, Azure and Entra ID environments.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide 3rd-line support.
- Monitor systems, perform maintenance and drive reliability improvements.
- Provide standby/on-call support and maintain strong technical documentation.
