New and Used Car Sales Executive- Halfway Geely Kokstad

Overview of Role

Halfway Geely Kokstad is looking for motivated and results-driven Vehicle Sales Executives to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling new and/or used vehicles, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Sell vehicles and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Identify and follow up on potential customers and sales leads.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and arrange test drives.
• Assist customers with vehicle selection, pricing, and trade-in enquiries.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and generate new business.
• Manage sales enquiries, quotations, and customer records.
• Follow up with customers throughout the sales process.
• Ensure all sales documentation is completed accurately.
• Keep up to date with vehicle specifications, features, and promotions.
• Maintain professional standards and comply with dealership policies and procedures.

Qualification

Grade 12, Marketing Diploma or tertiary qualification will be an advantage. Driver's License.

Experience

Minimum 2 years vehicle sales experience is crucial, contactable references and 4 months commission sheets/ payslips which demonstrates a sales record of selling (6) or more vehicles per month

Personal Characteristics

Must be able to work in a Corporate Dealer environment. The successful candidate must be highly motivated, passionate, energetic, determined to succeed and have excellent people skills. Customer relationship management is a key factor, as is networking ability. Good admin and computer skills.
