New Business Developer (m/f/d) — Swiss Market

About the Role

Our client is a fast-growing player in the European B2B software space, currently expanding its footprint into the Swiss market. To support this growth, we're looking for a driven, relationship-focused sales professional based in South Africa to help build their presence in Switzerland from the ground up.

This is a genuine new-business role with real ownership — not a script-following, high-volume call centre position. You'll be advising companies on Microsoft licensing solutions, building your own pipeline, and closing deals that matter.

Your Mission

• Own new business acquisition (≈90% of your focus) — you'll be the driving force behind growth in the Swiss market
• Build and grow a strong network within the IT sector, developing long-term relationships with decision-makers
• Advise companies on Microsoft licensing solutions, positioning yourself as a trusted expert rather than just a salesperson
• Negotiate and close high-impact deals that directly move the needle for the business

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or new business development, ideally within IT or software
• Fluent Swiss German and English, both written and spoken
• A genuine hunter mindset — you're energized by prospecting, opening doors, and closing deals
• Based in South Africa, with the flexibility to work remotely covering Swiss/Dutch business hours
