At Mutherboard, we help fast-growing businesses escape chaos by designing scalable systems and workflows, primarily on monday.com. We are now looking for a New Business Sales Manager to own and drive UK revenue growth.
This is a hands-on sales role for someone who takes initiative, spots opportunity early, and enjoys turning conversations into customers. You’ll work alongside two outbound BDRs who book meetings, but you’re expected to be proactive in building pipeline and closing deals.
You’ll also represent Mutherboard in the real world, attending UK events, running customer sessions, and building long-term relationships.
What You’ll Be Doing
New business sales
- Own the full new business sales lifecycle from first conversation to signed deal
- Run confident, consultative discovery and solution conversations
- Qualify opportunities and progress deals with pace and clarity
- Manage proposals, pricing discussions, and contract close
- Maintain clean pipeline data and accurate forecasting
Pipeline creation
- Convert BDR-booked meetings into qualified opportunities and closed revenue
- Proactively identify and approach new UK prospects
- Build relationships through LinkedIn, partners, referrals, and events
- Work closely with marketing to follow up campaigns and inbound interest
Internal collaboration
- Work closely with delivery teams to shape solutions that win
- Feed back market insight, objections, and opportunities to leadership
- Help refine messaging, positioning, and sales approach over time
What You Bring
- Proven experience selling SaaS products or technology led services
- Experience owning the full B2B sales cycle
- Strong discovery and consultative selling skills
- Confidence speaking to senior decision makers
- A proactive, self-starting mindset
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas
- Comfort working independently and managing your own pipeline
- Willingness to travel within the UK for events and meetings
Bonus Points
- Experience selling workflow, automation, CRM, or operations platforms
- Familiarity with tools like monday.com, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
- Experience working in a consultancy or professional services environment
- Existing UK network in SaaS, tech, or operations
