JOB VACANCY: VEHICLE SALES EXECUTIVE

Location: Paarl, Western Cape

Job Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a driven, customer-focused, and energetic vehicle sales executive

Vehicle Salesperson: To join our busy dealership team in Paarl. If you have a passion for cars, have a talent for sales, and enjoy talking to people, we want to hear from you!

What You Will Do:

Find new buyers and build great long-term customer relationships.
Show vehicles, explain features, and take customers for test drives.
Guide buyers through the entire sales journey from start to finish.
Meet or beat monthly sales goals.
Handle price quotes, paperwork, and finance options cleanly and correctly.

What We Need From You:

Grade 12 (Matric certificate).
Previous experience in vehicle or retail sales is an advantage.
Valid unendorsed driver’s license (Code 08).
Fluent in English and Afrikaans (local language skills are a plus).
Friendly, honest, and ready to work hard under pressure.
Must live in or close to Paarl, Wellington, or nearby areas.

Remuneration & Benefits Package:

Market-Related Basic Salary: Guaranteed monthly basic pay
Uncapped Commission Structure: Tiered sliding scale where your earning potential increases with every unit sold.
Finance & Insurance (F&I) Commission: Additional second-gross commission on value-added products and finance deals.
Company Vehicle: Provided for business and structured private use.

Company Benefits: Medical Aid and Provident Fund contributions.
