About the Role

As the New Vehicle Sales Manager at VW Alberton, you will lead the sales team to drive sales performance and deliver exceptional customer service. Your primary focus will be managing and optimizing the new vehicle sales process, ensuring an engaging experience for customers while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed new vehicle sales targets.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and encourage professional growth.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences by ensuring your team provides comprehensive product knowledge and excellent service.
• Collaborate with marketing to design promotional campaigns that effectively showcase new vehicle offerings.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers by conducting follow-ups and addressing any concerns promptly.
• Oversee the sales process from initial contact through to vehicle delivery, ensuring a seamless transition for customers.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts to analyze performance and inform decision-making.

Requirements

• Proven track record in vehicle sales or automotive management with strong leadership capabilities.
• Demonstrable experience in developing successful sales strategies tailored to a competitive market.
