Job description

Previous new or used vehicle sales experience is essential - New and used Vehicle Sales Executive - A well-established and reputable dealership is looking for a dynamic and motivated New an used Vehicle Sales Executive to join our successful sales team. * Sell new and used vehicles and consistently achieve monthly sales targets * Follow up on sales leads and generate new business opportunities * Customer-focused with a passion for sales

Requirements

Education & Qualifications: A valid Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
Driver’s License: A valid unendorsed South African driver's license.
Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven vehicle sales or automotive industry experience. Premium brand experience (e.g., Mercedes, Audi, BMW) is highly advantageous.
Computer Literacy: Strong PC skills for managing inventory, electronic logs, and CRM software.

Key Skills & Traits

Financial Acumen: Understanding of basic deal structures, vehicle financing, and vehicle evaluations/appraisals.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills for interacting with customers.
Target-Driven: The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Professionalism: Well-groomed, reliable, and capable of working retail hours (including weekends).

Pay: R10 000,00 - R50 000,00 per month
