Job description
We’re Hiring: Night Shift Pharmacist | Paulshof, Sandton
Zulzi is looking for a qualified and SAPC-registered Pharmacist to join our online pharmacy
team. This role will mainly support our night shift operations from 15:00 to 00:00, ensuring safe,
accurate, and efficient prescription processing, dispensing, medical aid claim support, and
pharmaceutical care in a high-volume online pharmacy environment.
Minimum Requirements
● Bachelor of Pharmacy degree
● Registered with the South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC)
● Experience in retail or community pharmacy environments
● Fluent in English; an additional South African language is advantageous
● Willing and able to work shifts, between 06:00 – 00:00, and overtime where required
Key Responsibilities
● Review, process, and dispense prescriptions accurately
● Supervise prescription processing, labelling, picking, packing, and supply of medication
● Ensure compliance with SAPC regulations, pharmacy legislation, and internal SOPs
● Support patients with medication-related queries and provide appropriate
pharmaceutical guidance
● Process and resolve medical aid claim issues
● Monitor and manage dispensary stock, including receiving and inventory control
● Support efficient order fulfilment and delivery of high-quality pharmaceutical care

● Excellent communication and customer service skills
● Strong organisational and time-management skills
● Computer literate
● Professional, trustworthy, and team-oriented
Additional Requirements
● Clear criminal and credit record
● Experience in retail pharmacy
● Availability to work shift hours between 06:00 and 00:00
