We’re looking for a charismatic, tech-savvy Hiring Manager to join our team at Prime Listing Leads. If you love connecting with people, are highly organized, and thrive in a digital-first environment, this could be the perfect part-time role for you.
Position Details:
- Position: Full-Time Hiring Manager
- Pay: $350/week
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 2 - 11PM BST/GMT
- Location: Remote
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct video interviews with potential team members
- Onboard new hires and provide a smooth welcome experience
- Deliver engaging introductory training sessions
- Track and manage candidate progress within our CRM
- Help maintain a strong team culture from day one
- Dealing with the occasional client facing issue
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, confident presence
- A high-quality camera and professional, tidy video background
- Strong tech proficiency — especially with advanced CRM systems
- Comfortable leading video calls and guiding new team members
- Reliable internet and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
