Requirements
- Relevant three-year Tertiary qualification in Engineering,
IT or Business, etc.
- Post graduate qualification in IT or Business Management
is preferable
- Valid driver’s licence
- Considerable Management experience at a senior level in
relevant field (8 years or more)
Key Performance Areas
- Identifies and defines the immediate, short- and long-term
objectives goals
- Lead, coordinates, and directs the staff and resources and
controls outcomes associated with utilization, productivity
and performance of personnel within the branch
- Ensures the effective electricity measurement operations
- Ensures the effective Revenue protection and assurance service
- Ensures the effective utilization of support of Retail
information/operational technology and
communications systems
- Ensures enhanced Retail productivity and services
- To effectively manage and review implemented procedures
and processes that regulates the Retail Technology
Services environment
- Manage and guide Retail technology Services projects
and contracts
- Manage the capital budget, operational budget and financial
reporting requirements of the branch
- Disseminates functional and Operational information on
the immediate short- and long-term objectives and current
developments, problems and constraints
