Minimum Requirements: Registered with SANC as a Registered Nurse Qualification in Comprehensive Nursing Science, Critical Care Nursing and Nursing Education Registered as an Assessor and Moderator with SANC Valid driver''s license Experience in clinical facilitation, staff training and skills development Strong presentation, coaching and mentoring skills Passion for developing people and driving clinical excellence Your Key Responsibilities: Facilitate the clinical training and development of nursing students. Identify skills gaps and coordinate targeted learning interventions. Plan and deliver in-service training programmes. Promote continuous professional development and evidence-based practice.
