Nursery consultant - 4 Month contract

Assist customers with advice through continuously updating your product knowledge

Perform sales in the Nursery Department in such a way that average value is achieved and improved upon

Assist customers in selecting the right product for his need by providing advice

Assist with the maintenance of standards in the Department

Discarding of products where applicable

Check suppliers’ lists and assist in making choices of requirements

Assist in the arrangement of weekend supplies

Record all customer requests and following them through with the Manager

Maintain good customer relations like smiling and greeting each customer

Maintain all displays and merchandise to promote sales

To be familiar with any Sales Promotion being undergone i.e. advertising and the Stodels Internet site

Perform any other tasks as required by Senior Management to ensure the continued smooth operation of the company and to meet the company aim of high standards and high customer service

CRITERIA NEEDED:

Outing / Extroverted personality, Team Player

Self motivated, Friendly Personality,

Hard Working , Dedicated, A people’s person,

Able to work under pressure. Passion for plants

2 years retail experience

Able to work Tues, Thurs, Sat and Sundays
