Job description
Badisa Riviersonderend, a programme of BADISA – a joint ministry initiative of the Dutch Reformed Church (Western Cape) and the United Reformed Church in Southern Africa (Cape Synod) – invites suitably qualified candidates to apply for the position.
Job Description Planning, coordination, and management of home-based care services in Riviersonderend and the surrounding area.
Requirements
- Grade 12
- Certified ID
- Degree/Diploma in General Nursing
- Registration with SANC
- Certified driver’s license
- Willingness to use own transport
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
- Project planning
- Clinical care
- Basic care and rehabilitation
- Health promotion and wellness (10%)
- Support for treatment adherence
- Human development
- Quality assurance
- Record-keeping and data
GENERAL
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 16:00
