At Anderson Neurological and Developmental Services, we’re growing our Allied Health team and seeking experienced Occupational Therapists who are passionate about meaningful outcomes, collaboration, and neurological rehabilitation. This role offers the opportunity to work with children and adults experiencing:

• Acquired brain injury (ABI)
• Stroke and neurological conditions
• Functional neurological disorders
• Cerebral palsy and developmental conditions
• Complex disability and NDIS participants
• Progressive neurological diseases

You’ll join a highly experienced multidisciplinary team delivering evidence-based, client-centred therapy across clinic, community, school, and home settings. Our clinics are located in Manning and Bunbury, Western Australia.

About the Role

You will support clients to improve participation, independence, and quality of life through:

• Functional neurological rehabilitation
• Cognitive and sensory interventions
• Assistive technology and equipment prescription
• Home modifications and environmental assessments
• NDIS capacity building
• Goal-directed therapy programs

Our therapists also have access to innovative rehabilitation technology including robotics and neuro-focused rehabilitation equipment.

About You

• Minimum 2 years’ clinical experience (a must!)
• Experience or strong interest in neurological rehabilitation
• Excellent communication and clinical reasoning skills
• A proactive approach
• Passion for evidence-based practice and meaningful client outcomes
• Wanting a stable, long-term opportunity to live and work in Western Australia

Essential Requirements

• AHPRA registration (or willing to obtain)
• National Police Clearance
• Current driver’s licence
