  • Manage the operational execution and deployment of large customer and sales orders
  • Lead projects to establish and improve production, warehousing, stock management and other operational facilities
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, suppliers, customers, schools and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives
  • Identify risks, dependencies and operational challenges and proactively implement solutions
  • Establish effective processes and systems that allow Odin Education’s operations to scale efficiently

Provide clear project reporting, budget tracking and accountability throughout each project lifecycle.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Project Management: Own and drive operational projects from initial planning through to successful implementation and handover.
  • Omang Rollouts & Deployments: Plan and execute large-scale Omang implementations at schools, including device preparation, logistics, stakeholder coordination, training and deployment.
  • Operational Infrastructure Projects: Lead the design and setup of new production, stock management and operational facilities as Odin Education grows.
  • New Initiative Implementation: Manage the rollout of Launch PODs and other new operational projects, taking them from concept to fully functioning operations.
  • Planning, Logistics & Procurement: Coordinate suppliers, equipment, stock, transport and resources to ensure projects run efficiently and on schedule.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with schools, customers, suppliers and internal teams to keep projects aligned and moving forward.
  • Risk, Budget & Timeline Management: Proactively identify challenges, manage project budgets and ensure key milestones and deadlines are achieved.
  • Process Improvement: Develop scalable processes, systems and SOPs that improve efficiency and support the continued growth of Odin Education.
  • Travel & On-Site Execution: Travel regularly to schools, customer sites and operational facilities across South Africa, including rural and under-resourced communities, to ensure successful project delivery.
