Booksite (Pty) Ltd is looking for a highly organised, professional, and proactive Office Administrator to provide dedicated administrative support to our Managing Director and Human Resource Manager.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has exceptional attention to detail, and takes pride in keeping operations running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Managing Director and HR Manager.
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.
- Manage contract registers and monitor contract renewal dates.
- Coordinate diaries, meetings, agendas, venues, and meeting minutes.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries for Executive members.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and business documents.
- Maintain confidential records and documentation.
- Assist with HR administration, including employee files, onboarding documentation, training records, and employment correspondence.
- Perform general administrative and ad hoc duties as require
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- 1–3 years' experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Experience supporting senior management will be advantageous.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and work independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive and customer-focused approach.
- A qualification in Office Administration, Business Administration, or Secretarial Studies will be advantageous.
