OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Roodepoort - Johannesburg | Full-Time

Join a dynamic team supporting the healthcare industry.

We are looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our Johannesburg team.

This is a busy and varied role where you'll coordinate daily operations, support management, liaise with clients, organise travel, manage schedules and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Attention to detail is one of the most important requirements for this role. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working under pressure and takes pride in getting things right the first time, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

· Coordinate travel, accommodation and vehicle bookings

· Manage diaries, schedules and bookings

· Liaise with clients and stakeholders

· Prepare quotations and process orders

· Follow up on deliveries and documentation

· Capture information accurately on company systems

· Process job cards and work orders

· Assist with stock administration and general office management

· Provide administrative support to management

· Build and maintain excellent client relationships

Requirements

· 3-5 years' experience in a busy administrative role

· Exceptional attention to detail

· Excellent organisational and time management skills

· Strong Microsoft Office skills

· Excellent communication skills

· Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

· A proactive, professional and customer-focused approach

Advantageous:

· Experience in the healthcare, medical or technical industry

· Experience with travel bookings, diary management or stock administration

· Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport

· Professional proficiency in both English and Afrikaans
