Job description

A well-established building maintenance company based in Ballito, KwaZulu-Natal, is looking for an organised and reliable Administrator to join our team.

Main duties:

General office administration and filing
Preparing quotations, invoices and purchase orders
Managing job cards and project documentation
Communicating with clients, suppliers and site teams
Ordering materials and obtaining supplier prices
Coordinating staff schedules, accommodation and travel
Monitoring outstanding documents and following up on payments
Maintaining health and safety and employee records
Assisting management with daily administrative tasks

Requirements:

Previous administration experience—construction or building maintenance experience is advantageous
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and general computer use
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Attention to detail and good follow-up skills
Own reliable transport
Contactable references

Pay: R7 000,00 - R12 000,00 per month
