Vacancy - Office Administrator
We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our team:
Key Responsibilities:
General Office admin and clerical function.
Answer telephone calls and respond to emails professionally.
Maintain accurate filing systems and office records
Scheduling of jobs to the plumbing teams and collecting of all completed job cards for invoicing.
General stock take.
Updating vehicle records and logs.
Requirements:
Have good attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good computer skills.
Excellent communication skills
Be available to work afterhours, public holidays and weekends if needed.
Be punctual and have a good attendance record.
Neat and presentable.
Clear criminal record and sober habits.
