Filing documents (physical and digital) Organising records and reports Keeping the office system structured.
Answering phone calls and emails Receiving clients or visitors Passing messages to the right people.
Managing appointments and meetings Organising staff schedules (sometimes) Booking meetings or venues.
Typing invoices, reports, and documents Updating spreadsheets and databases Keeping track of company information.
Processing invoices Recording payments Helping with payroll preparation.
Ordering office supplies Helping managers or supervisors with daily tasks Supporting operations where needed.
Pay: R8 000,00 - R10 000,00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
