Office Assistant (Logistics Industry)

Purpose of the Role

To provide efficient administrative and organisational support to management and the business, ensuring that daily office activities run smoothly and that tasks are completed accurately and timeously.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and office support.
• Assist management as required.
• Prepare, organise and maintain documents, records and reports.
• Assist with logistics-related administrative tasks as required by the business.
• Handle confidential information professionally and maintain a high level of discretion.
• Perform general office and administrative duties as required by management.

Requirements

• Matric/Grade 12.
• Previous experience in an office administration, PA or similar role.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise and work independently.
• Professional, reliable and presentable.
• Must be able to adapt to the changing needs of a busy logistics environment.
