Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Office Cleaner to maintain a clean, hygienic, and welcoming office environment within an office park. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all office spaces, meeting rooms, kitchens, restrooms, and common areas are kept clean and presentable to support a professional workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitise offices, workstations, meeting rooms, reception areas, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors as required.
• Dust furniture, desks, shelves, windowsills, and office equipment.
• Empty bins and dispose of waste in accordance with company procedures.
• Clean and sanitise kitchens, including countertops, sinks, appliances, and cupboards.
• Replenish consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dishwashing liquid, tea, coffee, sugar, and other kitchen supplies where required.
• Clean and disinfect toilets, washrooms, and restroom facilities.
• Ensure meeting rooms are clean and ready for use before scheduled meetings.
• Report maintenance issues such as leaking taps, broken lights, damaged furniture, or plumbing faults.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and notify management when stock needs replenishment.
• Assist with preparing offices for visitors, clients, or company events.
• Follow health and safety regulations and maintain safe cleaning practices.
• Lock or unlock designated areas where required.
• Perform any other cleaning-related duties as reasonably assigned.
• Office Etiquette

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric) is advantageous.
• Previous cleaning experience in an office, corporate, commercial, or office park environment.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safe handling procedures.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication skills.
• Trustworthy, honest, and reliable.
• Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual cleaning tasks.
• Attention to detail and pride in maintaining high cleanliness standards.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday.

Pay: Up to R6 000,00 per month
