Job description

Office & IT Administrator

The Office Doesn't Run Without You. Neither Does the Business.

Are you the kind of person who notices problems before anyone else does?

Can you set up a laptop, solve an IT issue, coordinate suppliers, organise an office, and keep everything running like clockwork—all before your second coffee?

If you're a highly organised, tech-savvy problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we want to meet you.

We're looking for an exceptional Office & IT Administrator who can seamlessly blend office operations, IT support, facilities management, and workplace experience into one world-class function. This isn't a typical admin role—it's an opportunity to become the operational backbone of a high-growth business where every day brings something new.

Johannesburg | In-Office

Here's what you can look forward to:

  • Daily in-house barista

This Role Is For Someone Who...

  • Enjoys technology just as much as organisation
  • Can switch effortlessly between IT support, office operations, and facilities management
  • Has exceptionally high standards and notices the small details others miss
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same

What You'll Own

You'll become the go-to person who keeps the business running behind the scenes.

You'll:

  • Keep the office operating at world-class standards every single day
  • Be the first point of contact for IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, printers, and technology issues
  • Set up laptops, and equipment for new consultants
  • Coordinate consultant onboarding and offboarding from an office and IT perspective
  • Manage IT assets, software licenses, and equipment inventory
  • Work with external IT providers

  • Experience setting up and troubleshooting laptops, desktops, printers, and office technology
  • Experience managing suppliers, service providers, and office facilities
  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • A proactive mindset, you don't wait for problems, you prevent them
  • The ability to stay calm, prioritise effectively, and perform under pressure

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience in a high-growth or technology-driven business
  • Networking knowledge (routers, switches, Wi-Fi)
  • Understanding of cybersecurity best practices
  • Experience driving workplace process improvements

Why This Role Matters

This is more than keeping an office running.

You'll shape the day-to-day experience of every consultant, ensure technology never slows the business down, and build operational systems that enable our teams to perform at their best.

If you're someone who loves creating order from complexity, thrives on solving problems, and takes pride in delivering excellence, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.
