Office Manager/Bookkeeper

Job description:

This role provides comprehensive administrative and financial support for a diverse portfolio, ranging from residential property management to startup operations. As the primary point of contact for tenants, you will handle the end-to-end leasing process—including drafting agreements and managing formal communications—while overseeing the day-to-day administrative needs of the office. On the financial side, you will maintain accurate records of rental income, assist with tax-related documentation for business entities, and coordinate with service providers to ensure operational continuity across all projects.

• Tenant Relations: Managing communications, sending lease agreements, and distributing formal notices such as rent adjustments.
• Financial Tracking: Recording monthly rental income (e.g., tracking specific unit payments like the R3,800 records) and organizing data for SARS compliance.
• Operations Support: Acting as a liaison for property maintenance and sourcing supplies for new ventures, such as the poultry farming prototype.
• Office Governance: Handling general startup office chores and administrative filings to free up time for technical and strategic business growth.

• High School (matric) (Preferred)

Work Location: In person

Pay: R4 500,00 - R6 500,00 per month
