Sales Consultant (To join the Online Sales Team)
Berea Group of Colleges – Durban Central (Campus-Based)

Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for education and helping others succeed? Berea Group of Colleges is looking for dynamic Online Sales Consultants to join our growing team in Durban Central.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with prospective students through online platforms and convert leads into enrolments
Provide accurate information on courses, programmes, and career pathways
Build strong relationships with prospective students and guide them through the decision-making process
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all offerings and admission requirements

Minimum Requirements:

2–3 years proven sales experience (essential)
Sales & Marketing qualification or diploma (preferred)
Tech-savvy with the ability to work across digital platforms
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
