Online Sales Consultant (Male Candidate Preferred)

Role Overview

This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine technical knowledge with strategic sales skills. The Male Sales Representative will demonstrate strong technical understanding, proven sales ability, and the capacity to build and manage long-term customer relationships. Prior exposure to servicing customers and maintaining business relationships will be highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

Establish, develop, and maintain strong business relationships with existing and prospective customers

Build strong working relationships with appointed suppliers and channel partners

Support new and existing clients with product knowledge, pricing guidance, and sales strategies

Understand customer technical requirements and recommend suitable machinery and solutions

Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing and work with our in house after-sales support

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, quotations, and sales activities

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and delivery

Requirements & Experience

Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in technical sales, machinery sales, or a related field

Proven ability to service customers and maintain long-term relationships
Strong computer literacy and confidence using online systems
Fast Learn Technical knowledge, particularly in machinery or industrial products

Qualification in Sales or

Alternatively, a strong technical background with demonstrable sales capability

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong teamwork skills and a collaborative mindset

Well-organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities

Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 08:30 – 17:00
Saturdays (Two Shifts):
08:30 – 13:00 or
09:30 – 14:00
