Operational Manager: QSR

Company:

The current position we are recruiting for is for an Operations Manager in the QSR space. We operate multiple franchised QSR restaurants in and around the Cape Town area.

Position:

We are looking for a well rounded, self motivated individual who can work autonomously as well as in a team, with experience in the QSR and Restaurant industry who knows the pressures that go with the territory and does not waver under pressure, with a passion for business.

Own reliable transport is essential to enable you to move around to the various restaurants.

A summary outline of some core, non-negotiable duties will include:

- Effective stock control of stores assigned

- Staff recruitment

- Cash management

- Staff training

- Marketing and advertising

- Repairs and maintenance

- Overall operational standards of the restaurant as required by the franchisor.

Remuneration:

Market related, to commensurate based on experience in the industry.
