Job Title: Operations & HR Assistant

Company: Parts 24

Location: Pietermaritzburg

Position: Full-Time

About the Role

Parts 24 is looking for a proactive Operations & HR Assistant to support our daily branch operations, staff management, and internal administrative workflows to keep our business running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

HR Administration: Maintain employee records, track attendance/leave, assist with recruitment, and coordinate onboarding for new hires.
Operations Support: Assist with daily workflow coordination between sales, warehouse, and dispatch teams.
Compliance & Policies: Help enforce workplace policies, health and safety standards, and staff operational guidelines.
General Admin: Manage internal communication, schedule meetings, handle operational queries, and assist management with ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements

Proven experience in operational administration or HR support roles.
Exposure to the auto parts sector is a strong plus.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and people management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic HR/operational management software.
