Job description

Role Overview

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and reliable Operations & Inventory Associate to manage the physical lifecycle of our inventory. Positioned below the SX Agent level, this role will directly support Pargo Point Technical Lead by taking ownership of the day-to-day warehouse and fulfillment tasks—including stock management, picking and packing, supply maintenance, and quality assurance.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in ensuring the best customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Stock & Inventory Management

  • Receive, unpack, and log incoming stock deliveries.
  • Organize and maintain the physical layout of the inventory space for maximum efficiency.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and audits to ensure physical inventory matches system records.
  • Flag low stock levels of products to Pargo Point Technical Lead in a timely manner.

2. Pick, Pack & Fulfillment

  • Accurately pick items for daily customer orders based on fulfillment sheets.
  • Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring items are protected during transit.
  • Prepare and apply shipping labels, ensuring all documentation is correct.
  • Coordinate with couriers for daily order collections.

3. Packaging & Branding Compliance

  • Manage and prep packaging materials, including assembling boxes, prep-work for bags, and applying branded stickers.
  • Monitor levels of packaging supplies (boxes, bags, stickers, tape, devices) and notify Pargo Point Technical Lead when reorders are needed.

4. Quality Assurance (QA)

  • Inspect incoming stock for defects, damages, or discrepancies.
  • Perform a final QA check on all picked orders before sealing the package (verifying correct items, sizes, and quantities).
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation and warehouse environment.

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, retail stockroom, or e-commerce fulfillment role is highly advantageous.
  • Detail-Oriented: A sharp eye for detail to spot inventory errors or damaged goods during the QA process.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to be on your feet, lift boxes, and handle the physical demands of packing and moving stock daily.
  • Reliability: Strong time management skills with a track record of meeting daily dispatch deadlines.
  • Tech Literacy: Comfortable using basic inventory apps, scanning devices, or spreadsheet tracking.

Reporting Line

This role reports directly to the Pargo Point Technical Lead.
