Job description
We are looking for a highly organised Operations & Finance Administrator to support our operations, finance, logistics, and customer service functions. This role is responsible for managing orders, inventory, supplier coordination, invoicing, reporting, and ensuring efficient day-to-day business administration.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Operations, or related field
- 3 to 5 years' experience in administration, finance, operations, or logistics
- ERP system experience (Sage Evolution advantageous)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer orders and supplier coordination
- Process invoices and maintain financial records
- Monitor inventory, shipments, and stock accuracy
- Prepare reports, KPI dashboards, and documentation
- Support procurement, project administration, and process improvements
