Operations & Fulfillment Coordinator

Clinicly Distribution is hiring a remote Operations & Fulfillment based in South Africa to help manage customer orders, fulfillment coordination, shipment updates, and post-sale operations.

This role is best suited for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple tasks at once. You will be responsible for helping ensure each customer order is coordinated properly from payment through fulfillment.

Clinicly Distribution supplies premium wellness and medical-aesthetic equipment to clinics, med spas, wellness centers, and business owners across North America. We support customers with equipment, training, launch support, marketing resources, and order fulfillment coordination.

Responsibilities

Manage customer orders after payment is received

Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, shipping partners, and internal team members

Confirm order details, production status, shipment status, tracking information, and delivery updates

Keep customer and order records updated accurately in the CRM

Prepare and organize fulfillment details, including customer information, shipping details, order notes, and delivery status

Communicate order updates clearly to the sales and operations team

Follow up on delayed shipments, missing information, or fulfillment issues

Make sure each order is completed properly from payment to fulfillment

Assist with warranty, replacement part, or post-delivery support coordination when needed

Maintain organized records for all active and completed orders

Requirements

Strong attention to detail

Excellent written communication skills

Highly organized and reliable

Comfortable working remotely

Able to follow processes and update systems accurately

Comfortable communicating with suppliers, shipping partners, and internal team members

Experience in operations, order fulfillment, logistics, administration, customer support, or CRM management is preferred

Must have a reliable computer and stable internet connection

Compensation

Base pay: $1,250 USD per month

Fulfillment bonus: $200 USD per successfully fulfilled order

Expected monthly compensation: $2,050 to $2,250 USD per month based on 4 to 5 successfully fulfilled orders per month

Approximate Rand equivalent:

Base pay: approximately R20,300 per month

Fulfillment bonus: approximately R3,250 per successfully fulfilled order

Expected monthly compensation: approximately R33,300 to R36,500 per month based on 4 to 5 successfully fulfilled orders per month

Actual ZAR amount may vary depending on the USD/ZAR exchange rate at the time of payment.

A successfully fulfilled order means the customer’s order has been properly coordinated, shipment details are confirmed, dispatch or delivery has been completed, tracking has been provided when available, and the order record has been fully updated.

Pay: R30 000,00 - R36 000,00 per month
