In this role, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of industrial and residential properties, becoming involved in every aspect of property management. From coordinating maintenance & repairs, delivering renovations, and supplier relationships to managing tenant queries, conducting inspections, and ensuring operational expenditure remains within budget, this is a truly hands-on role offering exceptional exposure across the full property lifecycle. You'll also manage operational systems, assist with administration and reporting and work closely with senior leadership, gaining invaluable experience within a lean team where responsibility comes early and growth is actively encouraged.

This opportunity will suit a young, driven, and proactive individual who enjoys taking ownership and getting stuck in. A tertiary qualification in property or a related technical field is advantageous, alongside 1-3 years' experience within property management or operations. Exposure to MDA/MRI would be beneficial, although attitude and potential are equally important. You'll need a valid driver's licence, strong organisational skills, and a genuine willingness to learn.
