Our client has a National Operations Manager role based in Pretoria.

The role is ideal for a results driven individual with a strong sales and operations background, excellent customer service skills,

Duties and Responsibilities

Human Resources
Communication and Marketing
Stock and other administrative matters

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

No candidates under 35 years old
No job hoppers
BComm degree or 3 year Management Diploma (or similar)
3 to 5 years middle management experience
Good financial understanding of projects
Presentation skills
Self motivating
High level of emotional intelligence
Good communication skills
Well organised
Self management and self discipline skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Work with a team as well as independently
Build and maintain business relationships
Computer literacy
Own transport with valid drivers license
