This is a challenging position with a view to long-term return and growth within the SME.
Purpose
We're looking for an experienced operations professional to oversee the day-to-day running of the company ensuring exceptional client service from enquiry to event delivery while managing operations, staff, suppliers, and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships from enquiry to post-event follow-up.
- Plan and co-ordinate all event logistics.
- Lead facilitators and operational staff.
- Manage suppliers, equipment, and inventory.
- Maintain CRM, quotations, contracts, and reporting.
- Monitor event budgets, profitability, and operational costs.
- Support marketing with testimonials, photos, and case studies.
- Ensure every event meets Blue Naartjie's quality standards.
- Produce weekly operational and performance reports.

- Proven experience in the Team Building or Events industry.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and client service.

- Commercially aware with high attention to detail.

Pay: R8 238,33 - R20 000,00 per month
